First, I LOVE the Gallo Family!
This is the 2nd book of the Men of Ink Series, HOOK ME has me Hooked!!! Meet Michael Gallo an MMA fighter who was injured in a fight. That injury led to a trip to the ER in which he met Dr. Mia Greco.
Mia is all about helping others. Her number one priority is to help the less fortunate, but working in the ER is taking its toll on her and slowly draining the life out of her. Michael is part owner of Inked and is a Piercer there, UHMMM HELLO he is an MMA Fighter! That right there makes you want to just lick the book. I have a thing for men that do inking/piercing AND a fighter does it get much better than that??
Michael of course has his sights on Mia, but Mia doesn’t do controlling and cocky so she turns him down. But, those two aren’t done yet. Mia Runs into Michael at the gym. You ever have one of those “ I know I know you, but I don’t know you, where are you from moments”? Yep Mia had that. She then runs into him at the club and she finally agrees to go on a date with him. The rest you’ll have to find out by reading this series and what a fantastic series it is!!
I really enjoyed this book. Just like book 1 the story flowed, characters were very well developed and I love Chelle’s writing style. She knows how to reel you in, make you feel and keep wanting more!!! Can’t wait for the next book in the series!

His hand rested against my back, pulling me closer, and I became lost in his kiss. The feel of his rough thumb pad as he stroked my face made my body feel on fire. The sound of the rain beating against the truck, the thunder rumbling outside, and our breath frantic and quick, filled the cab.
