Corinne Michaels is a freaking evil genius. I LOVE this book. I LOVE this series. I LOVE Corinne Michaels. There are no words after a book like that. I cried, I laughed, I smiled, I got angry, and I fell in love. My husband thinks I’ve completely lost my mind because I balled my eyes out on the couch over a book. If you have any doubts whatsoever about this series – forget them. Read this series – you will be amazed!!!

Where do you start when you were left flat on your @$$ with Consolation? How do you go about telling someone, your thoughts, your feels on a book when you are still reeling from the first one? Well this is how. It was AHFREAKINGMAZING!
Michaels left you with your jaw on the floor at the end of Consolation You quickly fall head over freaking heels in love with Lee and Liam’s story. A tragic story of loss, love, acceptance and rebuilding that was so sweet and endearing you were left with a serious book hang over. Conviction picks up right where you were left wandering aimlessly after Consolation.
Your questions will be answered, I promise you that, but I will not give them to you. You will continue on this amazing journey, the question is….Who with? Who will be there in the end, which love prevails? When the truth of the how and why’s of what happened finally come out, where does that leave these two?
It’s hard to write a review because I don’t want to spoil anything. You MUST read Consolation first. I even implore you to read Beloved and Beholden. These are both duets, but starting with Jackson’s story will allow you to really feel who these characters are, who this author is. I felt like I not only watched this amazing new author grow through each book, but her characters stowed away in my heart forever. 5 Amazing Stars!
