Nolan is a former navy SEAL who now works at a private security business.  He is sexy, demanding and a true protector.  His roommate Daniella is his sub and also the last woman that he protected.  They have a great friendship and a seriously healthy relationship.  They are comfortable.  No strings.  But what happens when Nolan finally comes across a girl that makes him WANT strings. Wants to feel, wants to possibly fall in love with?

Lacey landed in town a local bar the guys frequent.  Nolan was instantly attracted to her.  She’s a beautiful, witty girl and is everything a man would want.  But why is she really there?  Nolan constantly questions himself that something feels off.  He just has no idea how “off” it really is.

This book was suspenseful, sexy and endearing.  I did enjoy Nolan as the Alpha Male he is. Underneath all those layers was a deep caring man who would do anything for anyone.

Bait & Switch is a great set up for the next character Greyson who you will meet in this story.  I do think I will enjoy his story much more than this one, knowing what little I know about him and by reading the blurb for the next book.  Unfortunately Bait & Switch was not one of my favorites from Kendall and we all come across these from time to time, which is OK.  It is not that there was anything wrong with the writing one bit because we all know Kendall Ryan is an amazingly talented writer.     While I had a hard time getting into this one, I have enjoyed every other book I have ever read from Kendall Ryan (her last dozen or so at this point) and I think a majority of readers will LOVE this book. This will certainly not crush my love for this author one iota and I will continue to read absolutely anything she puts out there for us from start to finish!
