He Will Be My Ruin was phenomenal. I literally sat and read this entire book in a day. The twists and turns kept me guessing the ENTIRE time I was reading. What an addictive, suspenseful and thrilling ride that will have you hooked right out of the gate!
Maggie Sparks is rich heiress in NY to clean up her friends belongings after an untimely death. One they ruled suicide by Maggie knows better. Her friend had Celine had no reason to kill herself. While Maggie is there going through Celine’s things she finds out about a man that no one had any idea about. She will stop at nothing to uncover what happened to her friend. Little did Maggie know what a tangled web she was about to enter and when you think you have it all figured out, think again.
I literally was on the edge of my seat reading this. I thought I had it figured out and then I was smacked with a big dose of “Oh no you didn’t” right in my face! The story simply flowed so effortlessly. The characters were described in such detail and no stone was left unturned in this authors writing with this one. This book certainly wasn’t a hearts and flowers kind of read. It was a thrill riding suspense with a killer plot that I absolutely devoured!
