Insanity scratched its way into my psyche as I eyed the door and waited. One heartbeat, two heartbeats, three…
It opened.
I fired two rounds, and acrid smoke filled the air.
I thought I knew what love was. I was a fucking idiot. Every single bone in my body shuddered with rage, with the need to rip something apart, someone, anyone —all of them. My friends. My brothers. I brought the war to our house, and they would finish me because of it.

Well, at this point I have started, stopped, backspace, backspaced some more then had that “oh screw it, delete not good enough”, only to start again, rinse, wash repeat about 10 times now.   I still can’t form words to properly describe the way I felt about Eulogy, the way I am STILL feeling about this entire Eagle Elite series, so here goes…

Rachel Van Dyken can write Mafia like no other.  The Eagle Elite series is by far my absolute favorite Mafia series I’ve had the pleasure of reading.  HANDS DOWN!  Captivating, amazing, utter perfection, sheer reading bliss is what you’ll find when you dive in here.  Once again, I still am having a hard time finding the right words, not any that would give it the justice this Mafia family rightfully deserves at least.

I loved every single freaking second of this book, which is the rest of Chase’s story and also have devoured every other book in the entire series!  I was not only blown away by Chase but also by Luciana as well.  These families, the many sides to them, the twists, the turns, the guns, ultimate betrayal, the smiles and the tears.   Oh yes, I’ve had lots of tears over some happenings with the families.  This is one of those series that you just can’t simply forget, there were so MANY feels.  ALL the feels, you’ll experience every single emotion while reading and if you say you didn’t well I think you deserve a visit from Nikolai!  You’ll certainly feeling them then *wink*.   This is one that I know I will go back and read it ALL over again and enjoy it just as much as I did the first time.

Blood in….No Out.    I don’t ever want out of their world,  I bow down to you RVD.  I will never EVER get enough of these families!! If you are a lover of Mafia, even if you aren’t I suggest you pick up this series and start reading!
