Holy bananas! Just when I think I couldn’t love Elder and Pimlico any more than I already do Pepper slaps me in the face with Hundreds the newest installment in The Dollar Series. I’ve fallen HARD for these characters.
My heart was doing flip flops reading this one. We see so much more into Elder’s life and watch him open up to Pimlico. We learn more about his past and what’s haunting him, why he is holding back with Pim and also what is chasing him. I loved getting to see much more of his personality and I felt like I couldn’t get and will never have enough of Elder Prest! He certainly has a permanent place in my heart at this point.
We see Pim grow into the beautiful women she is meant to be and always has been inside, she just kept it hidden because of what she’s endured with Alrik. Her strength and determination to push past boundaries is like no other and I totally admire it. She is quickly turning into my favorite female character from Pepper Winters!
I absolutely LOVED this book. I love how Elder and Pimlico are basically healing each other. Hundreds is was heart-gripping, emotional, sexy and raw, so very raw. These characters completely captivate me. This series has sunk its claws into my heart, my mind and my soul. I really have loved everything Pepper Winters writes, I am a HUGE fan and have read everything she has written. I will say Hundreds is my favorite so far in The Dollar Series because of everything we learn in this one. I can’t wait to see what she gives us in Thousands! This book is worth a Hundred Stars and more!
