DirtyTricks (1)

synopsisChelsey Young’s dad was a rock star. Glamorous, right? But late nights, frequent travelling, and watching endless women rub their bodies against Lukas Young’s in a bid for his attention wasn’t exactly how Chelsey planned to spend her senior year of high school.

So when Kye Burke, of the ultra-sexy band Dirty B, sets his sights on Chelsey, she figures the best way to get him off her back is by taking his sexy butt to bed.

But after one night together, Kye has no intention of staying away from Chelsey, especially when she’s kissing him one minute then pushing him away the next. From watching her father, Chelsey knows the rock star lifestyle that Kye leads—being away for long stretches of time, girls throwing themselves at him on the regular, shirtless photos showing up in his inbox ten times a day. She wants no part of it.

Kye is determined for Chelsey to get to know him, the real him behind the rock star persona. But that isn’t so easy when Kye’s schedule will take him away for days, weeks, even a month or two at a time, which is a dealbreaker for Chelsey. Long distance means temptation to stray, and infidelity was the reason her own parents split. She knows it’s not fair to project her own insecurities onto Kye, but some things are unavoidable.

But Kye Burke isn’t Lukas Young.

And, distance or not, he’s going to damn well prove it.

HE is here!   The last single Burke brother, Kye Burke has arrived in Dirty Tricks.  My oh my does this sex on a stick have some tricks up his sleeve.

Now I love all the Burke boys I really do, but something about Kye is different.  He is sweet, sexy, a complete prankster and to me, he really isn’t anything like his brothers.  He is protective, demanding and someone you just can’t walk away from.

Chelsey feels abandoned by the one person who was supposed to always be there for her, her father.  Because of that betrayal she shy’s away from Kye Burke.  She refuses to live that kind of life again.  A life of being in the limelight, on the road, the distance.  She wants no parts of it whatsoever.    But our boy Kye has his sights set and once the Burke Brothers get something in their sights, they won’t just waltz away.  In true Burke fashion, Kye is on a mission.  A mission to get what he wants, to show her that he is not like her father.  To show her that he can be the man she needs.  He’s willing to do anything to make it happen.  The whole family is on board to finally make some changes and it’s a fantastic ride people!

“When the Burke boys love, they love with everything they have and are. When the Burke boys love, they love forever.”

That quote ^^ perfectly sums up these boys.   THAT quote is EVERYTHING.

I am head over heels in love with Kye Burke.  I mean seriously.  Tall, lean, sexy tatted up man who is compassionate while keeping it light.  Each Burke brother has qualities that I fell in love with and Kye is no different.  Emma Hart gives us men that you can’t help but love.  And the ladies in these stories?  You love just as much.  The banter between them all is hysterical.  Oh and let’s not forget little Mila.  I love her to pieces.  I wish I could keep her and Bunna for myself!

While I am so sad to see this series come to an end, I can happily say it was one helluva ride with the Burke Brothers.  I loved each and every story,   I love the writing style and I simply just love the Burke Brothers.  Scratch that, I love each and every character in these books! Thank you Emma for keeping all the characters present in each and every story. I felt like it’s been a never ending whirlwind of a story with these characters..  Yes I know I said Love like a bajillion times but it’s true.  This is one of those series you will fall in LOVE with.  The words, the characters, just everything.  Trust me.  One click these boys.  You won’t regret it for one single second.
